A deadly and versatile weapon for bass, pike, musky, and more. The smallest size currently in the line, the 6” can be rigged a multitude of ways. Rig it traditionally (paddle tail down, point up) for a nose-down dive, and a tighter, more subtle action. Rig it with the paddle tail up and the point down for a much wider, more unpredictable tail thump, as well as a perfectly horizontal and slower sink rate.
Add nail weights or Neko weights to your liking to keep this bait versatile in the column. Fishes extremely shallow when rigged weightless on the external harness. Fishes much deeper when weights are added to the body or clipped on to the harness. Add blades out front, use it on a jighead, or use it as a trailer. Tinker away.
Work it in quick, crisp 6-12” bursts with short pauses for the most action.
This is the shape where Saddletramp Bait Co. really began, and the first size released out of them all. Shape designed, refined and printed by Brad Kutmas. Idea dreamt up, molded, and poured by me. These baits have been made with a lot of love, blood, sweat, and tears. They were the final shape that I was able to show my dad, to whom the brand is dedicated.
